You start with a free 20-minute intake call so we can match you with the right coach. Sessions run 60–90 minutes, are recorded for VOD review, and each one ends with a written note covering what to practise before the next session.
The Borough studio and our online support run seven days a week, 09:00 to 23:00 UK time. Boost progress and coaching bookings can be tracked through your account dashboard at any hour.
Payment is held in escrow the moment you order. Funds are only released to the seller once you confirm delivery of the item inside your game, so you are never out of pocket for something you did not receive.
If we miss an agreed boost timeline or cannot complete a service, you receive a full refund for the outstanding portion. Coaching intake calls are always free, so you can decide before committing to a block.
